Return & Refund Policies

These policies pertain to U.S. orders only.

Defective merchandise purchased through the Flatsland Clothing Co. online store may be returned at any time with or without a receipt. Just contact us at the e-mail listed below and we will instruct you on the return of the defective merchandise.

If an item is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at the e-mail listed below.

Unwashed, unworn, and unused items purchased through the Flatsland Clothing Co. online store may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase with an original receipt.  Items must not show any signs of wear or damage in any way and cannot be a special or custom order.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange. Definition of unwashed, unworn and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear, wash or damage in any way.

If your return meets one of the above three conditions for a return, then please reach out to us via email at info@flatslandclothing.com and we will be in contact very shortly.  Flatsland Clothing Co. will provide you with a return shipping label via email.  Once you receive the label, please print and affix it to your package and take it to the courier specified on the label.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it and are up to the sole discretion of Flatsland Clothing Co.  Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid.
