We know from being customers ourselves, that when you order an item online, you want it to reach you as quickly as possible. That is why, when you purchase an item(s) from us, we will do our best to have it packaged and shipped out to you as soon as we possibly can.
It is our personal goal that we try to have your item(s) packaged and to a carrier within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.
What is this I see about Free Shipping?
That’s right! We offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on all domestic orders within the continental United States and with a subtotal purchase price of $50.00 or more.
The free economy shipping program only applies to our standard shipping methods; additional rates may apply for expedited shipping rates. The offer or retraction of the free economy shipping program is up to the sole discretion of Flatsland Clothing Co. It does not apply to international orders.
What if my order does not qualify for Free Shipping?
Not to worry at all! For all orders under $50.00, the shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process based upon the weight of the item(s) in your order and the location that the order will be shipped to.
Currently, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for our domestic shipping and mailing.
We can ship world wide! For our international orders, we also utilize USPS, DHL Express and UPS for shipping and mailing. You will have the opportunity during the checkout process to choose which international shipping method you would like. The international shipping methods range from standard shipping to expedited shipping methods.
How can I get my order faster than Standard Shipping?
During the checkout process, you will be able to select an expedited shipping method. Unfortunately, these expedited methods do not qualify under our FREE Shipping policy, so you will have to pay for the expedited method of your choosing at checkout.
How is Sales Tax Calculated and do I have to pay it?
Flatsland Clothing Company LLC is based out of Tallahassee, Florida. All orders from within our home state of Florida will be charged sales tax based upon your location in Florida. You will see the sales tax added to your order during the checkout process. All tax rates will be based upon the current US, Florida, and local discretionary tax laws.
For all orders being placed outside of the state of Florida, we do not collect sales tax, but it is instead up to you to report and remit the sales tax from the order to your State Tax Collector.
